The bodice is finely pleated by hand into a sweetheart neckline, with short draped off-the-shoulder sleeves that rest on the upper arm and give real coverage without a jacket. A wide band of tonal hand-beading wraps the natural waist and dips to a soft V at center front, defining the waistline before the skirt releases into a full, fluid A-line with a sweep hem. The back stays closed and modest - a pleated chiffon panel, the beaded band carried around, and a concealed center zipper - with no slit and no open back. A123 comes in Blue, Green, Navy and Purple in sizes 0 through 28 (size surcharges apply on 18-22 and 24-28), which puts it in the small group of designer gowns that run a true extended size range in the same fabric and the same beading.
