A wide off-the-shoulder portrait band folds across the collarbone into short sleeves, and a cluster of hand-applied three-dimensional brocade flowers is set along the neckline edge where the band crosses. The bodice is softly gathered and wrapped through the rib cage and waist, closing at an asymmetric fold low on the hip, and the skirt releases from that fold into a clean trumpet line that flares below the knee to a sweep hem. The back stays high and fully closed with seamed panels and a concealed center zipper, with no slit and no open back, so the woven floral pattern reads unbroken front and back.
