The Portia and Scarlett PS6110 "Lilianna" is a fitted mermaid prom dress cut from deluxe stretch slinky lycra jersey over a power-mesh lining, so it skims the body and moves with you instead of holding you still. A deep plunging V neckline gathers into wide shoulder straps that tie several different ways, and those straps cross over a completely open back before finishing in a long sash knotted at the ruched natural waist, its tails falling the length of the skirt. Below the waistband the double-layered skirt draws in through the hip and releases into a true mermaid flare with a sweep train, closed by an invisible center-back zipper.
