Jan's Boutique offers on-site alterations for dresses purchased from our store. We do not alter dresses purchased elsewhere.

How do I schedule an alterations fitting?

A Jan's team member must arrange your alterations appointment; it cannot be booked through the website. Call 856-428-8181 and share your order details and event date.

What should I bring to a fitting?

Bring the shoes and undergarments you plan to wear with your dress. Consistent shoes and support help the fitter assess the hem and fit accurately. Alterations appointments are limited to the customer and two guests.

How many fittings will I need?

The number of fittings depends on the dress and the work needed. Your fitter will explain the next steps and arrange follow-up appointments. For a 2027 event, contact the team early to discuss your timeline.
