To Whom it May Concern:

I visited Jan's on Saturday, October 3 with a problem. The mother of the groom
recently purchased the same dress in the same color that I purchased as mother
of the bride (I have had my dress since April and it was already altered) for my
daughter's October 25, 2009 wedding. The store would not return it thus I was
forced into panic mode to find another dress and accessories.

We are from the Reading/Allentown PA area and found you on the internet.
I want to say how professional and wonderful the woman was who took care
of me. I am sorry to say that I cannot remember her name...things were so
stressed with me that day. She had longer blond hair and glasses. I
appreciated the way she worked with me...she was so kind and understanding
and honest with her thoughts about the dresses I tried on. Her customer
service skills were 100%!!!!!

I left your shop with a beautiful gown and purse. She also advised us to
stop at Best Foot Forward on the way home to check for shoes. I
could hardly believe it when I found a pair of shoes the exact same color
of the dress there. Please tell my salesclerk how grateful I am....she turned

Wonderful store thats well worth the drive!

My husband and I traveled well over 3 hours to get to your store. At first my husband thought I was crazy to spend soo much time on the road to find a dress for my son's wedding. I too was hoping that wasn't a mistake. After I walked into the front door and was greeted by Jan's staff I knew I was in the right store. Jan's Boutique was more than I expected, everything was organized and the store was so beautiful (not to mention the bathroom is unbelievable) ! After visiting Jan's Boutique for the first time from Annapolis, Maryland this past week I purchased a dress that made me feel like a million bucks! After spending a few hours on your website and having a phone conversation with one of the owners I knew that this would be the store for me to find the dress for my daughters upcoming wedding. Jan's Boutiuque needs to be highly praised for their classy establishment because I'm a tough cookie and I'm used to a certain level of service.
